The place was okay if you're looking for a place just to sleep in for a night. But if you're using Globe network, signal was really poor on the location so communicating using data was difficult. I'd recommend the owner should have a WIFI in it. The bathroom drain takes a little time to go down so there's a slight flooding while taking a shower. Also needs a little cleaning because I'm not sure if the soaps in the bathroom were left by the previous guest, but I'm sure it's used already. Other than that, it's a nice stay.

Jennifer was a very graceful host! Place was close to everything worth visiting in the Sta. Rosa area. :) Will definitely go back!

Kind and responsive host. Unit needs cleaning tho, but still ok for quick naps.
