Summertime is here! Enjoy the best kept secret of the gulf... Downtown New Port Richey. It's a growing downtown filled with shops, restaurants, breweries, playgrounds and a waterfront park. This renovated home is a walkable distance to downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Closest beach is Robert K Rees Memorial Park ..less than 10 min away! Bikes, grill and outdoor patio furniture. Come experience the wonderful service offered by these super hosts at their newest home. To check out videos of the home on you tube.. look me up @DenayBartuseck The furnishings are as comfortable as they are functional. The sofa transforms into a twin bed and the antique desk is the perfect place for work. The rooms are refreshing and clean with beds you'll find hard to leave in the morning. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a great meal at home, but with all the local food choices it'll be hard to do so. There is a dog run on the side of the home for the pups to do their business.

Perfect location. Home was as advertised. Very comfortable and neighborhood was clean and safe. Definitely plan on returning to New Port Richey and renting the home again in the future.

The place was really nice and Denay was extremely responsive and helpful. However the place is dog friendly and there were stickies all over the yard that the would get caught in the dogs paws. Also the bathtub had a dirty/moldy hair catcher in the shower and the shower liner didn’t fully cover the tub and the water was escaping the tub. However we really did enjoy our stay and the place was in a nice location with plenty to do.
Sweet house with everything you need. Enjoyed the porch and roomy kitchen. Very comfortable bed and the neighborhood was quiet. Just a short walk to Main Street’s restaurants. Denay was very prompt with communication. I highly recommend.
Great hosts, walking distance to downtown and a very nice outdoor screened in patio to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to be close to downtown.
