Overall stay was fantastic and would totally recommend this place. Mauricio was very responsive and accommodating! The location was great and walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery/convenient stores. Beach was about 3 blocks away. The first day we arrived super early, so although the condo was not available until 4pm, we were able to drop off our luggage and change into our summer outfits! The condo was great for us, the bedrooms were a good size with comfortable king size beds and tons of closet space. Kitchen worked for us to make simple breakfast/lunch (no oven, just stove top). Minimal toiletries / cleaning products were provided, anything extra that you need, you will need to pick up at the grocery store OR host can provide at a small price. Ensuite laundry facilities was a great bonus!!! Note that this would not be good for families with young kids, loud noises and music throughout the night (thin walls and neighbors are close) since you are in a party area.

We were so close to 5th Avenue but far enough not to be too noisy. The suite was clean and spacious with all the utensils we needed to cook. Very comfortable. Clear communication and responsiveness.
