Friendly Inn located in the historic Port Isabel, Texas. We offer large, spacious exterior rooms at a great price. We have a refreshing outdoor pool, a family picnic/barbecue area and we are Pet Friendly (small pet cleaning fee applies). Our standard Non-Smoking room features one king-sized bed, comfortably accommodating up to 2 guests. Additionally, the room is equipped with a mini-fridge, perfect for storing snacks or drinks, and a microwave.

Sonia’s place was what you would expect of an older motel. The check-in was easy and convenient, and Sonia/staff checked in before, and during our stay to ensure we had all that we needed. The room felt clean, free of clutter, and the temperature and bed was comfortable. While we were out our room was cleaned and we were given fresh towels. There were a few areas needing attention, but overall we were satisfied with our stay. This is a motel room so of course you cannot determine who will be staying near and how other guests will behave. However, That does not take away from Sonia. We were pleased with what we paid, and what all we received. We only needed a place to sleep and we were happy. All in all if we made the same type of trip, we would consider staying again.
