Jim and Lily were always responsive and offered great hospitality. Although the neighborhood seems a bit sketch, everything is secured- including your car! For a quick weekend getaway, it’s great! Super close to the boardwalk!

Traveled for a weekend stay for my children spring break. The home smelled of gas and moth balls, bedroom sheets had stains as if they where not clean, dust in bathroom vents and tapping/knocking sounds though out the night. While the host were fast to my two request, the home was dated and really in need of upkeep. The couches had stains, kitchen cabinets were wore and it was a really strong smell throughout which I had to purchase candles to remedy. I informed the host of a gas smell in which maintenance did not come to inspect (possibly when we left the home) but it was brushed off when a “this is our 1st request or this”. All in all the home was 8 mins from the boardwalk which was a plus but I’d rather stay at a place that was more dated, upkeep and not a strong smell which was covered up by plugins. Also, saw bugs (ants) around the stove and kitchen window. The picture really did no justice for this place and my kids could not get over the strong smell throughout the home.
