My family of three rented here for two weeks. The apartment had everything we needed for an extended stay. The view from the balcony is excellent, day and night. The best thing about this rental is the area. Everything from grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and malls are within very short walking distance. Getting to most things we needed was as simple as crossing the street. I work remotely, so fast and reliable internet is a must. Each of the three dedicated work spaces is wired for ethernet. I consistently got over 200 Mbps downloads and 100 Mbps upload speeds via wired connection. For some reason, Wi-Fi was limited to 15 Mbps but was still suitable enough for our streaming and mobile device needs. The building features some very nice amenities that aren't open yet for guest usage due to ongoing construction. We still found plenty to do and enjoy during our stay. Sandra and Sebastian were helpful and very responsive to our needs. They even provided a pack n play for our son.

Location is nice. 2 shopping malls very close (including super markets, restaurants and gym). The building is under construction so there is frequent construction noise. There are bars/restaurants across the street that play loud music on the weekends. The usually stop by 12am. The apartment is nicely furnished with all the required amenities and it is very neat/clean. The pool has not been built. That being said, the value charged is not worth it at this point. Once construction is finished I believe this will be a very nice property and valued appropriately.
