Good location, amazing garden that is very well maintained. Security available 24hrs. Great support from staff who live on the property. Ability to access Sam Levy and Highlands shops. Host was responsive most of the time. She managed to sort out some of the nitty gritty repairs identified during check in. Some amenities needs looking into such as no shower in main bedroom, hot water was a hit and miss in the second bedroom and some other feedback I gave to the owners directly to be fair to them. Otherwise, a great place for families.

The house is beautiful, we stayed at Royal Manor for a visit in Harare and we wish we could have stayed longer!! It is absolutely beautiful!! Every single thing about it; the gardens, the rooms, everything!! We had requested an early check-in but we had some delays to arrive early but the host was patient and kept checking in with us to ensure we were okay till we got there . Definately will visit again and will recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much to Royal Manor Team

This is luxury at its finest, pure opulence, thanks for hosting us and being flexible, no issues with Zesa or anything, whole family enjoyed our stay, highly recommend, worth every penny.
