Well, there are'nt enough words to say about the great hospitality shown by Stephen and LuLu. They are so nice and helpful. They truly make you feel like family and there location is right in the middle of town so everything walkable or very easy to get to. The place is so unique being is it is an old historic theater. I just wish that I could've stayed longer. LuLu made an awsome huge breakfast in the morning while paying attention to my allergies. They also made room for a friend of mine that I did'nt even know was coming. I would reccomend this stay to everyone.

First let me start by saying I love unique airbnbs, and what could be better than staying in the old projector room of a haunted theater? However, what stands out the most on this stay, was the owners Steve and Lulu. They are the most attentive, and friendly hosts I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I truly felt like family while there. I enjoyed the stay so much, I extended it. (Side note: they run a food truck during the day, find out where it's at because it's definitely worth the trip - great food). Yes, as the description says, it's a shared bathroom. There is only one airbnb room and the bathroom is shared with the owner's apartment. It is clean and private. In the theater they have karaoke on Thursdays and a blues jam on Sunday. The band that plays the blues is outstanding, well worth a Sunday stay over. Side note: they let me park my motorcycle in the lobby. Haunted? not my thing. I saw no ghost, but I heard an unexplained commotion from the empty theater.

Stephen & Lulu were Fantastic hosts, some of the best we've ever had! They run a true Bed & Breakfast with even sending us menu choices ahead of time! So friendly, attentive & exceeded our expectations!!!

Stephen and Lulu made me feel right at home during my two week stay! They’re really treat you like family. The venue downstairs hosted amazing and fun events such as a blues jam, karaoke and open mic night! It was a great way to meet the locals and unwind after a long day. Stephen and Lulu were always responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. They have three sweet babies maverick, goose and dio. They were very cuddly and a great stress reliever! I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Aransas pass area. I will definitely be staying again!
