Currently one of the closest stays to the River Run gondola! Highly recommend if you are looking for an easy ski trip as everything is located right near the condo.

The condo was in a great location, very close to the gondola and right in town. Perfect for our family! We had an issue where the gas fireplace went out and I reached out to maintenance. They responded quickly and arrive in no time to fix. Unfortunately, the fireplace went out multiple times after that. Overall the experience was great and we will definitely rent with Summit Cove again in the future.

The star ratings tell the positives. The negatives are that the heat only worked in the living area so the bedrooms were cold. The back patio door (off the living room) has a huge draft at the bottom so cold air streams in. The fireplace worked only the first night. Generally it was difficult to keep the condo warm enough.

The condo was perfect, great location and best possible view! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything one would want to cook with. The rooms all had extras in the closet to make you feel like home, box fan, humidifier, extra blankets, even a vacuum. I don’t think there is anything I would change about the condo. Except maybe stay longer! I would recommend that you buy lift tickets far in advance and to take a day trip to Breckenridge. Loved the trip and will be going back , thanks
