Amazing location and outdoor space. Hard to beat.

We took our 6 adult children and 3 grandchildren for a family vacation. The house was just perfect for all of us. AvantStay was always available to answer any questions and to solve any issues that came up. We walked to great restaurants and coffee shops. The backdrop of the mountains and the fruit trees on the property made this home such a gem. Built in 1927 the original handmade tile around the property and the structural details have all surely stood the test of time! Thank you to Avantstay for truly going out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect! I would not hesitate staying in any of their properties in the future!
We had such a lovely stay! The place was amazing, with a gorgeous view of the mountains and a great history. It was walking distance to downtown Palm Springs, and we were able to walk to every restaurant reservation we had. Everything was exactly as described, and pristine. AvantStay had great directions, and the team was very responsive/friendly. We will definitely be back!
This home was perfect for our family trip. It can sleep a large group, is right next to many restaurants + shops and had so many amenities we barely left the house! The brand new pickleball court was a highlight for us. Additionally, the host went above & beyond. They were extremely responsive & took care of all our needs.
