This charming 3 bedroom, two bath pool home is waiting to charm you and become your favorite home away from home. Inside and outside, “BLUEBELL” is designed to elevate your Naples visit to “An Experience”!!! OWNED BY AN INTERIOR DESIGNER, the emphasis is on providing you with the perfect resort environment for relaxation during your Naples holiday stay at BLUEBELL….comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming you for a very special stay in the heart of Old Naples. One step inside and you will know this is not your standard vacation rental. Old Florida style is thoughtfully preserved on the exterior of this charming home, providing a unique experience for our guests as this style becomes rarer and rarer in Old Naples due to redevelopment. The inside is now transformed and features a modern, open concept floor plan that includes two separate living/sitting areas, 2 dining spaces, a gourmet kitchen with large island, three spacious bedrooms and two baths, and screened in heated pool just steps outside the double doors from the laundry/utility area. A sizable rear patio, complete with a dining table for six, four comfortable club chairs, two umbrellas with solar lights, and a gas grill, overlooks an expansive fenced rear yard with mature shade trees and palms. Double doors in the den and second king bedroom lead to the backyard and patio and provide tranquil garden views by day and night. There is also an outdoor shower. ALL THREE BEDROOMS ARE VERY GENEROUSLY PROPORTIONED, unlike most rental homes! And all beds (2 KING and 2 FULL) are provided with luxury linens, extra blankets and pillows. Two luggage stands (or a bench) are provided for guests use in each bedroom, and there is plenty of space under the beds to stow luggage. Two options are available to accommodate guests who must work during their stay. The largest bedroom at 14’ x 20’ has two double beds and a 42” table that can serve as a desk, or for breakfast in the room, or games. The second optional work area is in the den which has both a desk and another 42” round table. All three bedrooms also include a full length mirror, a chair, plenty of dimmable lighting, a fan, and windows on at least two sides with lovely garden or pool views. THIS HOME OCCUPIES A MANICURED ESTATE-SIZED LOT IN A PRIME OLD NAPLES LOCATION, and is surrounded by larger multi-million dollar homes. It is approximately 1/2 mile to Lowdermilk Beach Park. THE LARGE BACKYARD IS PRIVATE AND FENCED, PERFECT FOR LAWN GAMES WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS….CORN-HOLE ANYONE? SPIKEBALL IS ALSO PROVIDED, and many board games are available for inside entertainment. ON ARRIVAL…..BLUEBELL WILL CHARM YOU with its baby blue shutters and flower beds overflowing with color-coordinated blue and yellow blooms,…..A large circular driveway in front allows free parking for at least 6-7 cars. WHAT TO EXPECT….. The owner provides linens, bath and beach towels, and generous supplies of shampoo, body wash, paper products, coffee pods, and many other kitchen and pantry supplies not normally available in a rental. There is an air fryer, a milk frother for your coffee, several blenders, and a collection of place mats and napkins to set the finest table! Also a generous supply of paper plates and cups!…. BEACH SUPPLIES include several beach chairs, two folding chaise lounges, a beach cart, umbrella, collapsible cooler, beach towels, AND BEACH TOYS FOR ALL AGES, AND 2 BOSE SPEAKERS TO TAKE TO THE BEACH OR USE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE AT BLUEBELL. Three 55-inch TV’s with Xfinity Cable in living room, den, and master bedroom, and Smart TV’s in the other 2 bedrooms (50” and 43”). The large rear patio overlooking the backyard is furnished with a propane gas grill, dining table for six, and separate seating area with four large lounge chairs, and two umbrellas with solar lights for night time. Landscape lighting on the mature trees provides additional night time ambiance. The screened in pool is readily accessible to the patio and to the house. An outdoor shower is located at a discreet distance from the pool and patio. SAFETY WARNING RE: CHILDREN….The pool is located in a screen enclosure adjacent to the home and is accessed from inside by double french doors. The proximity of the pool edge to the entry double doors of the home makes it unsuitable for most guests with young children or children who do not swim. Please inquire if this is a concern, as each situation is unique. Owner prefers to err on the side of caution, but willing to consider requests for exceptions upon consultation. VRBO categorizes children as infants , or 2-12 years old, and leaves the owner no flexibility in selecting an age range for suitability. ACCESSIBILITY WARNING……THERE IS A SINGLE STEP DOWN FROM THE DINING AREA TO THE DEN, which was formerly a lanai that is now enclosed at the rear of the house. Owner has installed small white tiles into the wood plank tile flooring at the step to alert guests to the need for caution. Anyone with limited mobility, or other challenges that make negotiating a single step down difficult, should consider other properties to rent. Other than this step, the home is all on one level. One of the major attractions of the home is the location which is rated as highly walkable and bikeable by ZILLOW. The home is located on a beautiful residential street in a prime downtown neighborhood, but only a couple of blocks away from neighborhood shopping, restaurants, banks, and Coastland Center Mall. EASY WALKING OR BIKING DISTANCE TO A LARGE VARIETY OF LOCAL SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, DINERS, MOVIE THEATERS, BANKS, A SPA, ETC…… NAPLES PLAZA…….10 MINUTE WALK…. To Publix, Chipotle, Marshalls, AT&T, Zoom Tan, Nature’s Garden Organic Foods, etc…. GATEWAY OF NAPLES…..15 minute walk. Panera, Dorona (Upscale Italian Steakhouse), Good and Thought Organic Grocery and Cafe, Juice Bar, and lovely outdoor courtyard for casual dining. Sandpiper Ladies Clothing,, etc…. COASTLAND CENTER MALL……10 minute walk. Macy’s, Dillard’s, Sears are anchors, total of 150 stores, recently opened CMX CineBistro Movie Theaters, 18 eateries including The Cheesecake Factory and recently opened Uncle Julio’s (Tex Mex Restaurant). NOT TO BE MISSED, AND ONLY A 5 MINUTE WALK FROM THE HOUSE….JIMMY’S P’S “CHARRED” RESTAURANT (open for lunch and dinner) AND GOURMET MEAT MARKET. Great burgers, steaks, wine, prepared carry out too…! SKILLETS RESTAURANT….10 minute walk…..on the way to Lowdermilk Beach Park….open for breakfast and lunch…..come with a big appetite!….
