Sylvain was a wonderful host, his brother greeted us upon ariana and gave us the parking pass and digital key. Sylvain always communicated with any questions. the living room was smaller than expected, the sofa/bed that pulls out is pretty firm, however the bed was very comfortable. We had a Rooftop Terrace but no chairs or table to use outside. I would definitely recommend getting furniture for that space so it's usable. The space was very clean and described as in the pictures. The kitchen was gorgeous and had many items for cooking. We however did not have time to cook. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a water and ice Maker on the refrigerator which was very nice. The dining area is small which has 4 Chairs that is right off the kitchen. There was a common living room Which we didn't use. There was 2 other people living in the house in the other floors. We did not mind interaction with other house mates. Everyone was very nice and kind!

Absolute pleasure to stay at Sylvains place. He’s very attentive and always trying to make you feel comfortable. Place is spacious and very nice and clean. Neighborhood is very safe and always had parking available. Convenient has a CVS at walking distance. Definitely recommend anyone to stay here. 5 out of 5 stars

Me quede en 2 ocasiones en este alojamiento, pase una gran estadía y sus Anfitriones son muy atentos y amables. Todo en el lugar está muy limpio y moderno, además de estar en una muy buena zona.

Sylvain was a great Host. Sylvain was extremely friendly and proactive. The house was beautiful and the place was very clean. All my answers were answered and I appreciated the stay. Also there is enough car space for you and your car. I definitely will come back if room is available in the future.
