First of all the positives: - Great location close to Changkat with a lot of pubs, bars and restaurants. Very central. - Bed is quite comfortable. - Very nice view from balcony! But then all the negative: - Extremely run down apartment with nothing having been done, even what other reviewers have mentioned months ago. - When I arrived, I was met with smelly towels, which I doubt were washed with detergent - just warm water. So first thing I had to do was to go down to the store to buy detergent to wash the towels before using them. - Blood and/or shit stains on bed sheets and towels. - Absolutely dirty place with obvious layer of dust in all cupboards, even dead insects in the kitchen cupboards. - Dirty toilet - Sticky residue on the work table - Mold inside of the washing machine and around the AC - Like old reviews say, the gym equipment is broken and still hasn't been fixed in many months. It would really take so little effort to at least clean the apartment thoroughly....

This apartment is located in a very good location. The room is clean and has nice views, has all the basic necessary things. Recommend to stay here!

everything okay, but got problem with aircond and also wifi, aircond quite hot, even already wait an hour, the owner said that was aircond not freezer quite rude for me, plus wifi for tv always need to reconnect again again & again, need to switch off the tv and on again, that make me feel annoyed, for sure i paid for nothing, because that night i didnt sleep there and go to my friend house, sorry but please check the aircond and tv as well, thankyou btw for the fast response but the problem doesnt fix

This be my second time at Lena place and 6 times here. This is the place that I always to stay when I'm at KL. Overall have a good experience even though some of the furniture a bit torn.
