As soon as you enter the villa from the quiet street that makes a corner, and therefore provides good parking possibilities, you will know that you are in a very special property. Immediately you are attracted by the magnificent living / dining room, which gives you a feeling of spaciousness, light and tranquility thanks to its windows with access to the terrace with outdoor dining, barbecue and other spaces to enjoy. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. This upper floor, in addition to the common spaces described, has two rooms. The first room offers two bedrooms, each with two single beds, the two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. The second room, the villa's master suite, has a double bed, private balcony, en suite bathroom and private exit to the garden. From the entrance hall you go down to the middle floor, where there are another five rooms, four of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the fifth room suitable for the little ones, also with an en-suite bathroom (including a bathtub). On the middle floor there is also a large lounge and bar for social gatherings of all kinds. In addition, the fully equipped laundry room is located on this floor. Most of the rooms on this middle floor have direct access to the large terrace on this floor, a terrace interconnected with the other two floors of the villa.
