I used this place as I had just moved to Wellington and New Zealand. I travelled alone and needed a place close to my office along with proximity to supermarkets. I stayed my first 16 days here in the service apartment with utmost peace. The kitchenette was super helpful for home meal preparations and the presence of cutlery, utensils, chopping board, glassware, tea, coffee, sugar, salt pepper, scrub, dishwashing liquid, cleaning cloth all were present along with toaster, iron, iron board made it super easy. The free washer and dryer next door made it real easy. The closet is a little small but its great if you are living out of a suitcase. A supermarket Countdown is close by and so is the CBD places. I felt the studio is a great place to be. You can enter and exit both via The Terrace or Lambton Quay once you have the access cards for the room.
