Ukiyo is a beautiful oasis in San Agustinillo! Caleb and Miss Biz were wonderful hosts and greeted us upon arrival to give us the tour around the place. You can tell that so much attention to detail and love was put into this home. The finishings, linens, bed… everything was very high quality and had us very comfy here. The pool and rooftop hammocks were a great escape from the blazing heat. Caleb supplied everything we needed including beach towels and a parasol. It was a good walk into town - whether from the beach or the road.. and luckily there were frequent public transport trucks to help us up the hills when we got tired or too hot 😅 we also enjoyed some beautiful sunsets with great cocktails at the restaurant Mágico Atardecer a few doors down.
Fantastic stay! We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed the vibe at Ukiyo Beach House. Caleb was a great host and had excellent recommendations for restaurants as well as things to do. Highly recommend!

We were planning to stay in a Hotel in San Agustinillo but changed our mind and booked Caleb’s place instead, and what a great idea it was! The house/rooms are stunning, bedroom and bathroom are huge and very tasteful and the views are amazing. We had a private rooftop to relax or work out and had a shared kitchen and pool area downstairs. We only stayed a couple of nights so didnt use the kitchen but it’s is big and open with views and has all amenities. The pool is much bigger that in the pictures, and you can easily share with orher guests who you end up chatting to and sharing travel tips with, which is nice. They clean the room every day, Caleb is always around which didn’t bother us at all, he gave us great tips. Probably best airbnb/hotel in San Agustinillo-Mazunte area. Wake up early, walk straight down to he beach through the gate and have a swim, perfect way to start your day! Caleb is a great host and really looks after the house and his guests. We will come back!
We had the most amazing stay at Caleb’s place and can only refer to it as absolute paradise. Such a beautiful room, view and surroundings. Was truly magical and we felt so lucky to have experienced a stay there.
