We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Settimia. The location is also perfect for day trips and hikes. We enjoyed the time very much. Beautifully furnished and everything worked perfectly (internet, TV, air conditioning). The air conditioning can also be used for heating if the weather is a bit chilly. Manuel was very accommodating and also gave us some tips for restaurants and places to visit. We saw so much in one week and can highly recommend this accommodation.

After a day we tried to cancel our reservations at the next city we were going to in order to extend our stay here. That is how much we liked the place and the surrounding area. We were unable to do that but of course we still had six amazing days here. Great location!! Quiet and peaceful. The rental was across the street from a wonderful beach where we able to go swim. A very clean place with a kitchen that had everything in great condition that allowed us to cook many meals. Manuel was an amazing host. Thoughtful, great recommendations and quick to respond to one issue with the water. Communication prior to arriving was always timely and helpful. AC worked great in the bedroom for sleeping. We can't wait to return to Arbatax and would certainly stay here again but only longer.

The accommodation is very nice, clean and close to the beach as well as other destinations (restaurants, shop, ice/candy manufactory). We enjoyed our stay a lot. When a water leak in the gardening system occurred Manuel came to fix it within less than an hour. Great!

Excellent location, great house, wonderful hosts, everything you could ask for in an ABB. Manuel is very responsive, flexible, and has great local recommendations. The beach is a five minute barefoot walk away, gelato and pizza are just as close!

Very nice villa on a perfect location. You can hear the ocean and it’s a 2 minute walk to a very nice beach. We stayed with a 2 year old and it was perfect for us. There was a baby bed available and the little one loved the big garden to play in! Restaurants in the area you can walk to and also great is the private parking spot for your car!
