30 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to Walmart, local gym, and plenty of food choices. Local residents don’t fully pick up after their dogs, so dog parents beware of poop. There are grassy areas to take your dog to for potty breaks. This unit is on the second floor, outdoor staircase. Minimal toiletries and linens provided, bring your own towels or be prepared to buy some at Walmart if heading to the beach or use of apartment complex pool. Bedroom ceiling fan did not work for us as the light component would not turn off without turning off entire ceiling fan unit, seeing as the bedroom didn’t cool off with the A/C as well as other rooms this was a disappointment. But they did have a stand-up Honeywell fan that helped. The owner offered to send maintenance in, we declined due to safety of ourselves and our dog, as we didn’t want them entering at unknown times. Overall may stay again in the future.
