Far from the noise, but close enough to the activities in Kyle (3 mi), Wimberley (15 mi), & Austin (20 mi). Come enjoy our 9-acres overlooking the Blanco River, including 420 ft of private river frontage & a beautiful view of the Tx Hill Country. Relax in the river, just steps away from your cabin, & the hustle & bustle of the river crowd. Includes: Sleeps 18 3 cabins 2 Kings 3 Queens Full Bunkbed W/Trundle 3 sleeper sofas in Living Rooms Kitchen, Laundry, Dining Outdoor lounge w/ firepit & pro River Ryder welcomes you with the radiant decor, a comfortable sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. As you walk from the spacious living room/kitchen, the bathroom and washer dryer are between you and the two private bedrooms, each with a cozy king-size bed. The front bedroom has a walk-in closet. In our photo section, you can see the layout of the cabin. The Jameson: As you walk into the spacious living area from the front porch, you will be greeted by the vibrant decor, a plush sleeper sofa, and a full kitchen. Our cabin includes two cozy private bedrooms, styled to bring comfort and relaxation while you lay in your queen-size bed. The front bedroom has a walk-in closet. The bathroom and laundry areas are between the two bedrooms and the living room/kitchen. In our photo section, you can see the layout of the cabin. B's Bunkhouse boasts a beautiful view of the Texas Hill Country. The open floor plan gives off a spacious vibe to enjoy conversation while cooking or hanging on the couch. This cabin sleeps 8. Each Bedroom is designed with whimsy, setting a joyful mood for a relaxing stay. Bedroom 1 - Bunkbed with 2 Full Beds and a Twin Trundle. Bedroom 2 - queen bed, and living room has a sleeper sofa. My family and I absolutely loved the cabins! They were so nice and comfortable! Located a mile from the venue that my son got married at which made it so much easier on us!

Had a great time staying on the property with all of our family for our wedding weekend. We originally rented all three cabins and the location is so beautiful and tons of land to hang out and explore. Loved all the porches to have some coffee in the morning. One of the cabins ended up having a broken AC, but James was so quick and responsive and ended up putting us in another home on the property for no extra cost and made the process to switch over seamless. What could have been a very stressful situation was quickly resolved and we had a wonderful stay. Would love to come back again someday when it is cooler!

Our stay here was lovely! We had originally planned to go tubing nearby but ended up enjoying the river that was a short walk away. Our three groups of family were able to have privacy while still enjoying some time together. James was very attentive and responsive and kind.

Overall, we had a great time at these 3 cabins. Every year our extended family gets an AirBnB on the river and normally we are all crammed into 1 house. It was really nice having the 3 separate cabins to be able to spread out a bit. The property itself is beautiful! It was very private and peaceful with tons of wildlife. One day we saw a herd of about 20 deer walking along the property. We also saw a wild hog, but the deer chased it away. The part of the river the property sits on is not very flowy, it was pretty still, which is great if you have young kids. There is a nice little rocky beachy area that was perfect to set up tents, tables, and chairs with easy access to the water. The cabins were great. They were very clean and had everything you needed to be able to enjoy your stay including very nice pots and pans in the kitchen . This trip was so much fun. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again next year.

Great small place on the Blanco. We’ve stayed here 2 years in a row for a quick get away. This year we books the whole property and had family & friends join us. Lots of fishing and lots of floating.

The property is located just outside the city limits of Kyle, Texas, along the Blanco River. Our property contains three cabins with private river access to the Blanco River. All of the land in between the cabins and the river is available for your enjoyment.
We recommend the following local activities:
Shopping in Wimberley and Kyle, wineries in the hill country, relaxing/swimming with our private river access, shopping at San Marcos Outlet Mall or Cabela's, hiking, and more.

A car is best suited for transportation to our property. Uber and Lyft are available, but they are not as reliable in recent months. We are approximate:
30 mins to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport,
55 mins to San Antonio International Airport, and
30 mins from New Braunfels.
There are several areas of interest in the surrounding area to explore in which a car would be necessary.
The cabins are approximate:
1 mile to Texas Old Town, and Thistlewood Manor,
3 mins to Downtown Kyle,
25 mins to Downtown Wimberley for great local shopping,
15 mins to the San Marcos Outlet Mall,
25 mins to The Salt Lick in Driftwood, and
30 mins to Downtown Austin.
