Great location right next to beach & downtown! Walkable to the water and to spots like Pizza Port. Cody's place is a perfect launch pad for a ton of different activities, and the parking is a plus! Future light-sleepers may consider bringing a sound-machine/sleep mask but otherwise, place is great.

Close to the beach and restaurants. Lovely area! Super clean, comfy beds and nice kitchen.

great location, only a block away from Fletchers Cove and a walkable distance to everything Solana Beach. The beach is superb as they just finished a major rehab. The property seemed brand new and nicely appointed. Cody and his team were great communicators and very responsive. loved it!

The place was great, and the hosts were super responsive. One thing to note is that it's grouped with 4 other apartments, and the walls are not super insulated. So we could hear all of the other guests... activities.

Codys place was perfect. Just as described and very clean. Great location and quiet too even though in the heart of Solana beach. Would highly recommend this stay for anyone.
