The house was really great. It is a recent build in a good location. The bedrooms were spacious and the amenities were top notch. It is close to San Jose and Ubers were easy in and out. I’d stay again.

This is a very nice place to stay, we had a group of five people staying comfortably. The beds especially are incredibly comfortable, everyone in our group mentioned it. Provided amenities and entertainment are good as well. A few remarks, the dishwasher was not functional, however unlike some other Airbnbs the host doesn't as for dishes to be put away so it wasn't an issue. The BBQ seemed strange at first but it's actually incredibly advanced, a small manual on how to use it would have saved us some time. Lastly, there were people cleaning outside before our check out time (30 min before) and doing so using noisy leaf blowers or other tools. If the check out is at 11, we should have full privacy and access until then. I'm not gonna take away a star for that but consider it for your next guests. thanks for the stay 👌

Fantastic house and host. Stayed here for a mellow 40th birthday surf trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Very relaxed, private neighborhood. Easy access to beaches and nightlife.
