Our second stay at this fabulous apartment. Huge wrap around terrace plus private pool. Secure entrance and plenty of easy parking. We didn’t have any issues, but Raphael is easy to contact and quick to respond if you need anything during your stay. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was located in the perfect spot between many restaurants and beaches and stores and near transportation. The layout of the apartment was fantastic as the room for the children has a bathroom and two twin beds and was separate from the main area and master bedroom by a door. The terrace was huge and the pool was amazing. It’s hard to capture it in photos. Antonella was the most responsive host. We made many acquaintances around Monaco and Menton and Cap Martin, and surrounds. Le Cabanon on the beach, Madame Bleu & Le Grotte y Oliver & Bamboo (ask for Agatha), La Vigie, and Maya Bay, Maya Jay, and Ceto are amazing. Of course, go to La Conadimine market and have lunch at La Truffa. St Agnes has La Lilly (say Bonjour though or you won’t be seated!!) and Eze had the Deli. If you make it to Italy Marixx is a must! Ask for Cindy. Make reservations for all of the above in advance! There are many good boating companies. The one downside is that cabs are scarce. Download the moveit app and that gives you bus and train schedules. Uber sometimes works but private cB companies will gouge you unfortunately. There is a Monaco cab number which is useful. The apartment sits near a path that leads around the sea and the cap to Menton and beyond. It leads to the beaches, La Differance (a good cash only restaurant) and in the other direction to Monaco. We loved it. You will be pleased you stayed as we were.

A really superb place to stay. Incredible value for money, if you take into consideration that far smaller properties without pools in the same condition as this will cost you even more. Having a pool all to yourself and with the beautiful panoramic view from the balcony makes this a heavenly spot to stay. The air conditioning was fabulous. It was a bit tricky to get going and I think we messed up the settings. Rafaello very kindly came over promptly when asked to fix it. There are only two or three easy steps to take from the communal front door on the quiet private road, where you can park or get dropped off by taxi, into the property on the second floor, because there’s a lift that sweeps you up to the flat. The kitchen in the apartment is very tiny but well stocked. You really don’t need to be cheffing in this area as there’s so much delicious ready prepared food and salad stuff to take home for your meals. The bus connections to everywhere are fantastic. You do have to walk up a slight hill to the bus stops, but it’s easy. The shop is about a 5/10 minute walk which stocks everything you need including some hot prepared food. There’s also a patisserie for extra special cakes and great sandwiches. It took us a couple of trips before realising that the supermarket had a basement where all the things we expected to find were stocked including a huge selection of wine, cosmetics and other household stuff. Our big regret for our holiday was the unnecessary hire of the car. Picking it up and returning it to Nice Airport was a faff, and with the long check in queue, we nearly missed our return flight. If you can afford to book this place, then do it. Visit Eileen Gray and Le Corbusier’s along the coastal path towards Menton. Don’t bother with the Monaco beach club, which is down the hill if you turn left out of the property and down a couple of flights of stairs from the footpath. It costs over €100 and the beach is very steep shingle and it’s almost impossible to enter the sea. You can walk on into Monaco this way and rent sun beds on the beach further along towards Monaco for €25 and the food and drink options are better and the beach surface is man made of something more like gravel. It’s all very civilised. There’s also a public beach with a shower here. We noticed that there was a sun umbrella in the apartment that you could take for shade. Menton is also worth a visit or two. We found it far more beautiful than Monaco which is mainly a huge construction site, although worth visiting for the old town and casino. The restaurants are better and less expensive. The sea aquarium in Monaco is pretty good.
