The place was very clean and cozy, felt like home. The host was very responsive and friendly. Apartment is as described and instructions were very clear. Definitely recommend.

Pros: they were very responsive and provided accurate information. The place is also only 16 mins from downtown. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Cons: the apartment is old and very outdated. Didn’t look like the description or the pictures which makes it look like a very nice place. The area is not very appealing and my family was a bit concerned getting in and out of the apartment. The liquor store around the corner doesn’t help with the appeal. With all fees it came at about $200 per night which is not a good deal at all for the condition and location of the place. I would have chosen a hotel instead.

The apartment made for a nice place to be during our trip. Our Host was very responsive. Hotels and airbnbs are pricy in Philadelphia (where we spent all of our time during the day), this worked for us. It is in an old building and you really can hear everything that’s going on up stairs or when the garage opens, we were often so tired that we didn’t care.

We had a great stay. The apartment was nice and was described perfectly. Check in was a breeze, and the neighborhood was nice. The host was amazing they answered any questions a day was very helpful they gave us instructions for everything and they also checked on us while we were there. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Philly.
