Our family had a wonderful time. Being on the bay was spectacular. The number of bedrooms was perfect for us. And the great room are was a marvelous gathering place. Terrific find.

Housekeeping wasn’t the best. We had a baby with us and he was able to find a half eaten cookie and some change laying on the floor and put it in his mouth. That was 45 minutes before checking-in. Other then that was was a beautiful/peaceful place to stay.

Had trouble with red ants in the twin bedroom, also getting into luggage of 2 other bedrooms. After stripping all linen off beds and moving bed to spray killer on ants, I found trash under beds. Gnats in the kitchen to where you couldn't leave any food uncovered. 1 bathroom shower wouldn't drain properly along with sink in half bath. Trashcan outside overflowing with smelling trash, with ants crawling throughout. Overall, with the problems encountered, with better housekeeping, the house was beautiful, very nice place for large families in a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone once deep cleaning, plumbing maintenance , and pest control was performed.
