We had a great time. We reserved this for a girl’s retreat. It was as described; very walkable to restaurants and shopping. Given the price of hotels, this was reasonable. There was lots of space to spread out and have privacy if needed. The hot tub was amazing.

We could not praise the accommodation highly enough. It’s a fabulous home with wonderful gardens and a very quiet location but only a few minutes drive from town. Plenty of space in the house despite us being a party of seven adults.

Erik’s home was delightful and one of our favorite parts of Sedona. It was clean, comfortable, and fun!

Erik’s home was a 10/10. The bedrooms are spaced apart so you don’t feel like you have to tip toe around. The kitchen has all you need to cook a full meal. The beds were very comfy. I didn’t travel with my littles this trip, but there is a full size crib if I did. The sunroom is a bonus! And there’s plenty of places in walking distance. Erik is an amazing host with lots of great recommendations, quick responses and his place is just as great! Will be staying here again!

- Great stay overall, thanks so much for everything! - Ability to have 3 BR’s with basically own bathrooms and in different areas of the house was terrific - Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, which is appreciated when paying $$$ and staying for a few days with kids. - Hot tub was clean and great to have after a active day of hiking in the region - Communication and check in A+++ - Neighborhood is indeed walkable to one of the commercial areas and is quiet… one thing that surprised us was that the block didn’t have a strong residential feel. Not a complaint, we are just used to sidewalks and more people out & about when in city center type neighborhoods. - Note the prices in Sedona are high due to huge increase in tourist volumes and limited space for new construction in the area. Value seemed fair even during peak spring break.
