The location was as described. The house was nice and clean with ample room for our puppy to run and play. With its close location to the park it was little hassle to walk or drive over. The neighborhood was quiet and nice, while being close to all the attractions.

Overall the rooms were clean except the sink and tub. The fitted bed sheet popped off the mattress all night, the coffee pot was dirty, we were told not to use the dishwasher but there was no sponge to clean the dishes. No hanging space, one 8inch plate and two 4 inch plates and only 2 mugs, no forks. Use the $75 cleaning fee to buy a set of plates and silverware at Target. The towels did not smell fresh. I think this accommodation is not appropriate for couples or people who want to eat at the AirBnB.

Very comfortable duplex. Chloe was great and responsive and helped accomodate us when we had an emergency. We only stayed over night, so we didn't get a true feel for the area., but we were comfortable and were able to check in later. Also love that the space had a one and a half bath. So useful for getting ready in the mornings! Also love the artist's work that was featured around the house.

Great place! We would stay here again. It's in a lovely neighborhood/area. Lots of beautiful homes and nature all around. There are walkways and bike paths near by as well as food and amenity options. If you're looking for a place away from the crowds that will give you a taste of a different side of New Orleans, this is the spot!
