The property is listed as private however other tenants were coming into the space to use amenities such as the laundry, fridge and kitchen throughout our stay. They did not announce themselves, knock or ask to come inside. According to the host, the “cleaner” was also constantly coming in whist we were out to clean the property. The bins were not emptied, we were never offered fresh towels and the property was not clean for our arrival let alone during our stay, on top of this the “cleaner” constantly left the door unlocked on their way out when all of our stuff was inside the unit. Their was leftover rubbish from past guests, the place wasn’t clean at all. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and multiple loads of dirty washing in the washing machine during our stay. The unit had multiple safety concerns, no blind on the bathroom window (which is directly above the shower), exposed wiring from the wall and cords hanging from the roof, all.
