Then it was renovated in 2013-2015 by it’s owners without any architectural interventions, the villa still preserves its elegant traditional touches. The villa can accommodate 10 people in bedrooms and up to 12 people overall. It has 4 master bedrooms, plus two smaller, 4 bathrooms and each bedroom has access to separate fully equipped kitchen, a large yard with gardens, olive trees and the spacious 40 sqm pool . It is large enough for one, two or three families and provides you everything in order to feel like your home! Ground Floor On ground floor, you will find two independent apartments each of them with an interconnected master bedroom with a double bed, while a hall leads you to one smaller bedroom with one single bed. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and a bathroom. First Floor On first floor, you will find 2 more apartment whose each of them has one bedroom featuring a double bed , a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony. In each kitchenette upstairs you will find two more single beds, where the 11th and 12th guest can sleep on. Outdoors The outdoor area of the villa has about 1000 sqm fenced yards and gardens with flowers and trees where you can enjoy the relaxing natural environment! You can either relax under the trees or in our 40 sqm swimming pool area. The lush garden with the olive trees and other trees and flowers create a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere and promise unforgettable days and nights under the Cretan sky. In addition, there is also a barbecue and dining area where you can enjoy your meal in outdoor area.
