Mini-apartment in the heart of Rome, a stone's throw from the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the Barberini stop on the metro line A. Equipped with wifi, elevator, Air conditioning, state-of-the-art smart TV, induction hob, mini fridge and Nespresso coffee maker. This accommodation, with its own entrance, is ideal both for a romantic getaway and for friends who plan to stay in the historic center of Rome, a mix of history and entertainment. The studio apartment, on the second floor with elevator in a beautiful Renaissance building from the 1500s in the historic Rione Trevi, consists of a living area with a kitchenette and a sleeping area on the mezzanine where a full-size bed is placed. The loft is equipped with the latest smart TV and wifi. To characterize the environment, newly renovated in its entirety, a modern and youthful decor where you can spend romantic evenings sipping a good glass of wine or enjoying an evening of complete relaxation. The small but comfortable bathroom has a shower with a distinctive rocky, mosaic wall.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Ilenya, le logement est idéalement situé, à 5 minutes de la fontaine de Trevi. Le logement est petit, il ne faut pas être trop grand, mais suffisamment pour quelques jours et pour un couple. Cependant le logement est très mal isolé, nous entendons tout ce qu’il se passe dans la cage d’escalier, les pas des voisins du dessus, ou encore les soirées des appartements donnant sur la cour.

Really lovely airbnb, so close to everything and very well equipped. Check in was super easy, our host was very clear and gave us a helpful welcome guide which followed and literally did Rome in a day. Thanks for having us!

Great stay very central and a good price for the area. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable for a couple of days stay. Anything more would probably need something bigger. The wall next to the bed needs cleaning and the bathroom is very small…you have to sit on toilet sideways of have your knees in the curtains. Would recommend and would stay again for a day if passing.

Airbnb ligt perfect. Veel op loopafstand en voor een paar dagen is het een prima ruimte. Ilenya is een vriendelijke host en doet duidelijk communiceren. Echter is de badkamer ontzettend klein en er was schimmel op het gordijn. Het is zeer vochtig in de Airbnb. Wellicht dat dit komt door de badkamer (de deur heeft een grote openingen). Al bij al een prima ruimte/verblijf maar zeker ruimte voor verbeteringen.

A very tidy and lovely Airbnb apartment equipped with everything you need. Ilenya is a great host and wants to share all they know about the area. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighbourhood outside the apartment had a lot of life within walking distance but it was very quiet when you were inside. The apartment was within walking distance of tourist attractions, all the lovely restaurants, bars and shops of the area. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Rome. We had a great stay!

Our guests will have the opportunity to move around Rome on foot, strolling through its marvelous streets and reaching piazzas, churches, palaces and museums within minutes.
The apartment is within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and Trinità dei Monti, and Rome's main shopping streets.
The area is very well served by public transportation to Termini Station and all the major attractions of the Capital, the subway (Barberini stop, line A) in fact passes by the nearby Piazza Barberini, characterized by Bernini's famous Fontana del Tritone. The bus stop for regular and tourist buses is a few meters away on Via del Tritone.

The apartment is in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).
Access by car IS PERMITTED during the following hours:
- 6 pm to 6:30 am Monday through Thursday;
- 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and 3 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. on Fridays;
- 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and 3 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays.
AT ALL OTHER TIMES THE ZTL IS ACTIVE!
The closest parking outside the ZTL is the Ludovisi Parking lot on Via Ludovisi while those who drive in during the permitted hours can park (upon request for availability) in the private pay parking lot on Via degli Avignonesi (Tritone garage).
- FROM THE NORTH: Take the A1 and exit Roma Nord, take the Grande Raccordo Anulare exit , Settebagni. Follow the signs for Salaria then centro/Porta Pinciana. Continue to Piazza Barberini and take Via delle Quattro Fontane. Follow the signs for Fontana di Trevi.
- From EAST: Exit at Tangenziale Est and take Via Tiburtina. Follow the signs to Termini Station. Continue to the Fori Imperiali, then Piazza Venezia. Follow the signs for the Trevi Fountain.
- FROM THE SOUTH: From the A1 take the Grande Raccordo Anulare, exit 23 Appia. At San Giovanni, follow signs for Colosseum, then Fori Imperiali and Piazza Venezia. Continue following the signs for Fontana di Trevi.
