Alex was nice enough to let us book last minute when our previous booking cancelled on us. The flat is in a wonderful location and we walked and explored all over London from there. The kitchen is adequately stocked but no microwave. Nice to have a washer/dryer! The bathrooms had good heaters. Biggest let down - all the beds were advertised as kings but they were actually doubles. Also, the flat is in the basement and the building was very loud with no soundproofing. This would be a good value for a bigger group.

Great spacious apartment, in a super location. Alex managed to give us early checkin and was easy to speak to. I would stay here again. Only minor concern was shower water pressure in one of the bathrooms.

Perfect London location. Quiet street yet a 7 min walk to the theater. Enjoyed the entire stay. Highly recommend

We didn't get to stay in the Cosy Cloud flat due to a maintenance issue but Alex was extremely gracious in rearranging our stay and providing a much appreciated upgrade within the same building. The location is amazing with respect to the ease of access to Covent Gardens and all of the restaurants and shops there, coupled with a perfect location to see the city on foot. We couldn't have picked a more ideal spot in the city. Yet, in spite of being so centrally located, the location is also remarkably quiet, more so than would have been true almost anywhere else so near the center of London activities. The building is beautiful and the two (yes, two) flats we enjoyed had tall ceilings, lots of windows and well appointed kitchens. The furniture was modern and well selected though I would say the artwork was a little more edgy than might be appropriate for younger kids. I highly recommend this spot for couples interested in visiting historic London before dinner and a show.
