La parte del apartamento tiene una sola escalera de entrada compartida con la segunda parte del apartamento, donde vivimos con nuestros dos perritos. Cada apartamento tiene su propia entrada independiente. Comfortable and spacious apartment with spectacular lake and mountain views in a house with atmosphere, friendliness and privacy. Ideal for a stay dedicated to relaxation and rest, because it is located in a respectable and very quiet residential area, far from the noise of the city and daily traffic. The house is located on Lake Como, in the Lecco branch, exactly in Olginate, just 7 km from the city of Lecco: it is a house with a splendid view of the lake. We live in this villa and we rent a part for guests who visit Italy and who want to rest. The apartment has 3 rooms, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a small private balcony. If you come by car, you will have a convenient private parking (covered) inside the property. During the summer the lake is navigable from Lecco to Como, with comfortable boats and ferries. Not far from here there are many other characteristic villages such as Brivio and Imbersago, and they are easily reachable by bicycle through the cycle path along the lake and the Adda river, surrounded by greenery, with its scents of the North Adda Park. From home you can also reach in just 15 minutes (by train) Varenna, Bellano, Bellagio (by bus) and many other places also served by the convenient Milan-Lecco railway line. The station is only 15/20 minutes walk from the house and has a free car park. From the house you can start walking to immerse yourself in the nearby woods with spectacular walks overlooking the lake. It is a detached house on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large garden with a barbecue area, while on the first floor there is the apartment. The house is located in the upper part of the village, in a panoramic area overlooking the lake valley. Going down to the town center, about 300/400 meters, there are numerous shops, including restaurants where you can have lunch and dinner. We, the hosts, live in this house and are ready to provide you with all the information and support you need for your vacation. We also offer free use of wi-fi internet. TO GET HERE: AIRPLANE / TRAIN: Milan-Bergamo (Orio al Serio) airport recommended. You take the bus (you can find one every half hour) to the Bergamo train station (about 5km). Then take the train and reach the CALOLZIOCORTE - OLGINATE station (about 20 / 25min.) Other airports: Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa. If you inform us of your arrival we will be available to pick you up from the station in Calolziocorte / Olginate and take you home.
