The lower level has the open concept kitchen with dinning that flows into the living room and also an enclosed porch. All three bedrooms are on the upper level with one full bathroom and another full bathroom on the lower level. The bedrooms have black out curtains and have comfortable queen beds. All bedrooms and living areas have a window air conditioning unit during the warmer seasons. The house is fully heated for the cold seasons! The kitchen is equipped to make a perfect meal. There are cook wares, dinning and all necessary cooking utensils. The kitchen has a Keurig, a toaster oven, Ninja blender and of course a microwave! The house is fully stocked with all the amenities you need. My favorite space is the very fancy all seasons enclosed porch with an orange accent wall…very cozy, peaceful and equipped with a smart TV! There is a private driveway parking with capacity to park three cars conveniently! Long term stays greater than 28 days will incur a security deposit and an executed lease agreement. The security deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay provided no damage to property.
