I was dead tired, I was so relieved to get to Jim's place, pull in, and unload into a fenced yard (the RV is in this same fenced area) for my dog, in a quiet neighborhood. The lighting was good in the driveway to unload what I needed from my car. The RV yard is behind a tall privacy fence. The RV was comfortable, clean, and had a kitchen that was well-stocked with pans, dishes, and utensils (although I didn't cook I always look at the cooking setup, you can tell if it's furnished by someone who cooks). But what made me say hallelujah was that there was a basket of snacks on the counter, and some drinks in the frig! Thanks so much for your hospitality and a good night's rest.

Jim and his wife were amazing people. I stayed for an extended period of time and they were so helpful and made sure I was happy and comfortable. They were some of the nicest people in the Grand junction area. I would rent from them anytime hands down. Great people and a great place to lay your head when Grand Junction.
