Stay in our attached NEWLY REMODELED Surprise suite with a separate private entrance on our quiet street. 5 miles from the Surprise stadium, 8 miles from the White Tank regional park with gorgeous hiking. 18 miles from the State Farm stadium in Glendale, AZ This newly remodeled guest suite has it’s own private entrance. The bedroom has a comfortable memory foam queen size bed a closet and dresser. A separate full sized futon is located in the living-room. A twin size 4 inch portable memory foam can be provided upon request (perfect for a child). The living-room has a 46 inch TV equipped with Roku so you can sign in to your streaming devices to watch your programs. A portable blue-tooth speaker and board games can also be found in the TV console. The bathroom has a large shower with a corner bench and a rain-shower head plus a handheld. The kitchen has a deep sink, plenty of counter space and storage with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven. You will find dishes, utensils, pots, pans, a food processor, blender, and a two-burner portable stovetop as well as coffee, tea, sweetener, cooking oil, condiments, and spices in the cabinets. The shared wall between the main house and guest suite was lined with soundproofing vinyl, 3 layers of drywall, and sound proofing green glue.
