(Website hidden by Airbnb) House Rules These are the House Rules which are established within the framework of maintaining order and mutual agreement between the parties to avoid inconveniences during your stay. 1- In the house it is established to stay to sleep the number of people with whom you made the reservation in case you have to stay some more people must be communicated and this entails an additional cost of (20 dollars per person per night). 2- Pets are allowed, which pays 20 dollars for the entire duration of your stay with the exception that the owner of the same have to take care of both the house and the environment and be very aware of where his pet is and when and where he does his needs because he will be charged a penalty of (40 dollars) for the conditioning of the house, washing carpets and cleaning his or her necessity. 3- The time of entry to the house is from 15:00 PM. If you contemplate any schedule facility, please communicate in advance and we will know if it is possible. 4- Check out time is before 12:00 PM. Any changes should be reported to see if we have availability. 5- Because the house is located in a residential area we have strict hours of silence which is established from 23:00 to 7:00 AM in the morning. (Note) After 23:00 loud music is not allowed. 6- If the house was rented with the intentions of making parties and meetings, it must be informed to the host since they must be approved by him and these generate an additional cost. 7- The house is enabled for smokers only in the outdoor areas, in parking area, not drugs allowed period. If you use Hookah, use it in open spaces, please do not use it on or inside the Jacuzzi. We remind you that the house is enabled for all types of public and for this reason we have restrictions so that all our guests are comfortable in their stay in the house. Smell of smoke inside the house will lead to a fine for conditioning it of (50 dollars). 8- We have availability of 4 cars in the house, if you are going to receive visitors please do not block or use the parking lots of the other houses and you must inform the host. 9- Garbage should be taken out of the house every day and placed it in the garbage area. 10- When leaving the house, all lights, all appliances and air conditioners must be turned off and doors lacks. Please be aware of energy use, if you are not using something that consumes energy, please keep it off. 11- The jacuzzi must be turned on in the morning or when it is fenced to use and to be turned off at night when its use ends, the towels of the jacuzzi area cannot be taken to the rooms and vice versa those of the rooms cannot be taken to the jacuzzi area, and if you take them, please leave them in their respective areas. (Website hidden by Airbnb) Reglas de la casa Estas son las Reglas de la casa las cuales son establecidas en el marco de mantener el orden y el mutuo acuerdo entre las partes para así evitar inconvenientes durante su estadía. 1- En la casa está establecido quedarse a dormir la cantidad de personas con la que hizo la reservación en caso de que se tengan que quedar algunas personas más debe ser comunicado y esto conlleva un costo adicional de (20 dólares por personas por noche). 2- Se admiten mascotas, la cual pagan 20 dólares por todo el tiempo que dure su estadía con la salvedad de que el dueño de la misma tiene que cuidar tanto la casa como el entorno y estar muy al tanto de donde está su mascota y cuando y donde hace sus necesidades porque se le cobrara una penalidad de (40 dólares) para el acondicionamiento de la casa, lavado de alfombras y limpieza de heces fecales. 3- La hora de entrada a la casa es a partir de las 15:00 PM. Si contempla alguna facilidad de horario favor comunicar con tiempo y le aremos saber si es posible. 4- La hora de salida es antes de las 12:00 PM. Cualquier cambio debe ser informado para ver si tenemos disponibilidad. 5- Debido a que la casa está ubicada en una zona residencial tenemos horas estrictas de silencio la cual está establecida desde la 23:00 a la 7:00 AM de la mañana. (ojo) después de las 23:00 no es permitido música alta. 6- Si la casa fue alquilada con las intenciones de hacer fiestas y reuniones, debe ser informado al anfitrión ya que deben ser aprobadas por él y estas generan un costo adicional. 7- La casa está habilitada para fumadores solo en las áreas al aire libre, en área de estacionamiento, no drogas. Si usted usa Hookah, úsela en los espacios abiertos, favor de no usarla encina o dentro del Jacuzzi, (ojo) úsela, pero en espacios al aire libre. Les recordamos que la casa está habilitada para todo tipo de público y por esta razón tenemos algunas restricciones para que todos nuestros huéspedes estén a gusto en su estadía por la casa. Olor a humo dentro de la casa conllevara a una multa por acondicionamiento de la misma de (50 dólares) 8- Tenemos disponibilidad de 4 coches en la casa, si va a recibir visitas por favor no bloquear o usar los parqueos de las demás viviendas y debe informar al anfitrión. 9- La basura debe ser sacada todos los días de la casa y ser colocada en el área de basura. 10- Al salir de la casa deben ser apagadas todas las luces, todos los aparatos, los aires acondicionados y las puertas cerradas. Por favor tener conciencia con el uso de la energía, si no esta usando algo que consume energía por favor mantenerlo apagado. 11- El jacuzzi debe ser encendido en la mañana o cuando se valla a usar y a ser apagado en las noches cuando termine su uso, las toallas del área del jacuzzi no pueden ser llevadas a las habitaciones y viceversa las de las habitaciones no pueden ser llevadas al área jacuzzi, y si las lleva favor dejarlas en sus respectivas áreas. Toallas y sabanas dañadas tendrán un costo para reponerlas (el precio dependerá del articulo). 12- En la parte de abajo de la casa están habilitadas todas las áreas para ser usadas, con 3 habitaciones 2 baños y medio, sala, comedor, cocina terraza en la parte trasera y patio, en la parte de arriba están el área de recreación y el jacuzzi y en la tercera está el área de lavado. 13- La casa debe ser entregada lo más acondicionada posible si se entrega desordenada contraerá una multa por limpieza de (50 dólares) los cuales deberá ser entregado a la hora de entregar la casa a la encargada para coordinar la limpieza. 14- El propietario solo proporciona * un suministro inicial * de Papel higiénico, nuevo en cada baño, 1 papel de mano, 1 jabón en cada baño, 2 bolsas de basura extra de las de los contenedores, detergente para platos, jabón de mano en los dispensadores, agua potable en botellones, y una cocina equipada, 1 BBQ el cual al momento de ser utilizado deberá limpiado y colocado en su lugar. 15- Las cosas de la casa no deben ser movidas de su lugar. 16- Si algunas de las reglas son violadas del convenio de los límites establecidos, el anfitrión puede autorizar el desalojo de la casa sin derecho a devolución del dinero.
