Het Tiny house van Renee is helemaal niet zo tiny maar lekker ruim en comfortabel. Ruime woonkamer met prima bank, grote eettafel, compleet ingerichte keuken, fijne slaapkamer met goed bed . Alleen de badkamer is misschien wel een beetje tiny maar wel een ruime, lekkere douche en alles nieuw en schoon. De vloerverwarming is heel comfortabel, het huisje is heel sfeervol ingericht, schoon en compleet. De tuin is leuk met een eettafel en relax bank. Parkeren kan in de buurt, supermarkt op loopafstand en je loopt ook zo de natuur in. Ik zou zo weer opnieuw boeken.

Location was perfect. A lovely place to stay to explore the Netherlands; direct train from airport, easy 10 minute walk from station meant that Hilversum, Amersfoort, Utrecht and Amsterdam were all easy to get to. The wee house is so quiet and private and has everything needed. Well equipped kitchen, and a nearby supermarket made self catering easy. The bottle of wine was such a nice welcome! The outdoor space was a great bonus!

Small but not tiny except for the bath. Strong internet, quiet and very walkable with dogs. The sofa bed is 103 cm wide. We would have liked a toaster, an oven tray, a hairdryer and bedside reading lights. The central heating seems to exclude the bathroom. We felt it was very cold. We think the doonas could do with a washing which is only possible at 40'C - a possible health hazard. An outdoor light with a sensor would be nice in winter. Unfortunately to many promised things from the listing are not there. Parking on premises is unclear - we had to deal with a very angry neighbour. Not fully fenced - very inconvenient if you travel with dogs. No dedicated workspace - the light from the dining table is with 2,1 Lux just enough for a romantic dinner. No induction stove, no CO alarm. Smoke alarm does not work as not properly mounted. We feel value for money is not in balance. We would rent it again.

Renée is a very friendly and welcoming host. The house was well-described, quite small but there was everything you need, even for a long stay (we stayed for a month). We stayed during the cold season, and it was rather cold in the bathroom (it seemed like there was no heating), but we got used to it rather quickly. The area is quiet and peaceful. Internet works well, and there is a place to work. Bussum Zuid is a bit dull, but there is a wonderful forest less than 10 minutes away, which is a big plus. There are some nice cafes in the center, which is about 15 minutes away. The station is also about 10 minutes walk, if you walk fast.
