Would have been a very nice place to stay if not for the bed bugs and other things. The property is amazing but the house, while beautiful and clean, isn't well-maintained or set up for large groups. The pool had a lot of algae and the dying pump was doing a very loud rhythmic whine, which interfered with what would have been a peaceful backyard. In the morning the people in the master bedroom showed us the bed bugs they caught and their bites. When we called Betty to let her know that both the pool and master bedroom were unusable, her less-than-satisfying response was essentially "We manage 70 properties between Denison and Dallas so we really rely on the owners to do maintenance." That was it. Fernando came the next day, though, with an exterminator - Fernando was great. For a house that is supposed to sleep 12, there were: 9 bath towels (no pool towels), 5 spoons, 8 forks, a Keurig machine but no coffee maker, very little furniture or towel racks - more say, but character limi

It was the perfect stay for my family, visiting all the way from California. We had the most relaxing stay, and really enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you so much for opening your home 🏡

Loved the home. The weather was too cold to enjoy the pool however the hottub was a plus. Loved the game room and plenty of areas to have multiple activities at the same time.

The outdoor space was incredible and perfect for kids and families. The inside was spacious, clean and comfortable. My only criticism would be that the kitchen items and linens would not be enough for the maximum of 12 guests. I would definitely stay here again in the future, but I would be sure to bring some of my own extra towels, sheets, blankets, and dishes/utencils.
