The Mod Lodge is the perfect home base to enjoy all that mountain life has to offer. The Mod Lodge is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you will need to make memories with family and friends. A fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, multiple smart TV's, a separate family room with, your own private dart board, ping pong, a stand up arcade game with 2200 games, and an air hockey table!!. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, a fire pit and a private hot tub to make this a special space you'll never want to leave. There is an extra lot in the back of the home that allows for fantastic privacy and great games of hide n go seek!! The main floor has 1 bedroom with a queen and 1 bedroom with queen, bunk, and rollaway in the closet. The bedrooms have a Jack and Jill bathroom with a fantastic shower. There is also a cute half bath in the hallway. Upstairs features a 1 bedroom with a queen and a massive main suite with a king bed, couch and priveate HDTV and a giant en suite bathroom with walk in shower, deep tub and enormous walk in closet. Our home is pet friendly. Which means we allow one dog per stay! No more than one dog allowed please and thanks! The beautiful Sandy River is just across the street with multiple access points available for guests. The best location you could ask for as we are just 1/2 a block from the neighborhood shared swimming pool (summer only), tennis court, basketball court, and stpes from the beaches of the Sandy River. When ready to explore the area, a wide variety of beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails are moments away!! Grocery stores and restaurants can be found in the town of Welches up the mountain HWY 26 East. (See welcome book for Restaurant and Grocery suggestions). For winter weather activities, Ski bowl, Timberline Lodge, and MT. Hood Meadows is all with in 27 miles of the Zen Den (also see welcome book).
