Space for home office, with excellent quality Wi-FI. Located within the Tabatinga Residence Service condominium, it has a great leisure structure, has 3 elevators, 24-hour security and private parking. The modernity, architecture and innovative environment with plenty of practicality make the space special, the accommodation has new and good quality furniture, appliances and utensils, making guests feel comfortable.

O imóvel é exatamente como no anunciado, e tem vista privilegiada. Por ser um local afastado do centro urbano um pouco difícil mercado e farmácia, mais alinhado com a experiência de um local mais tranquilo para descansar. O único ponto de melhoria seria haver toalhas para praia ou piscina que não tem disponível.
Praia maravilhosa, piscina muito boa. Apartamento bom, conservação média, utensílios muito fracos, enxoval fraco (porém toalhas boas). Com soluções simples o espaço ficaria muito melhor (iluminação, por exemplo) e falta uma pequena área de estar (um boa poltrona seria suficiente), uma rede na varanda ajudaria bastante. Rômulo realmente responde muito rápido e resolveu tudo o que precisei.

O anfitrião Rômulo foi muito solicito na comunicação. O flat é muito bem localizado (praticamente pé na areia), com excelente estrutura para hospedagem. Voltaríamos certamente. Agradeço muito ao Rômulo pela estadia tranquila e prazerosa!
