High floor apartment with lovely view. Kitchen was very well equipped and I could cook meals for my gf. At the same time, there were no bugs which was an issue I had with another apartment. Landmark 81 and the attached vincom Center is just around the corner, making it really convenient to drop by the supermarket or grab a bite at nearby restaurants. The whole place felt very clean and there were plenty of clean towels provided. Was really nice to have a tv in the living room and bedroom as well. Overall, this has to be one of the best apartments I got to stay at in hcmc for the price. Highly recommended

Apartment is spacious and well located. Unfortunately it was not properly cleaned before I checked in. Host responded to my messages promptly and organised the apartment to be cleaned the next morning. Once cleaned the apartment was quite good. Some difficulties getting access to the poop that were eventually resolved.

Great place to stay! The place was clean, modern and had all the amenities you would need. Location is close by to a shopping centre and plenty of food choices around. Thang was a fantastic host, he was always quick to reply to your messages and help with your enquires. Would definitely book here again for my next visit!
