The place was really nice, and it was just a small walk to the beautiful beach, which was not a busy beach. We loved our morning and evening walks on the beach. Lots of seperate cosy sections in the house helped our big group of people to relax in their own phase. We loved the TT table and other games which were available. Everything was excellent except the upstairs bathroom, which really needs a redo! Every time we use the shower, we had to wipe and stop water flooding out to the bedroom carpeted floor, which was annoying given the fact there’s only one other bathroom available for the entire property which was shared by 8 people. Overall, we were happy with the price we paid and would come back again, if the bathroom problem is sorted 😊

We loved our weekend stay in Anglesea. The house is terrific, with 5 bedrooms and lots of shared spaces. The house was immaculate, and very well presented. Would highly recommend. Walking distance to the beach.

Awesome place to stay, a little out of town but a very short drive in! Large rooms, great entertaining areas. The upstairs shower does unfortunately flood quite a lot and does become slippery so just something to be cautious of. No fault of the owners just a design flaw. Check in would have been better if it was in a lock box at the house instead of having to collect from Torquay. My sister was able to collect for me before arrival. But does make it a bit more of an indirect trip when your coming from the opposite direction. Beds were super comfortable and everything very very clean!

Very nice place to stay, would recommended to other people! My only feedback or suggestion would be that it would be easier to leave the keys in the house at the end of the stay instead of having to drive back to Torquay to drop them back at the office — it was easy enough for us to be back at the office by 10am, we have young kids who are up early all the time. But families with older children or even couples or groups of people without children, I’m sure would find it easier not to drive 20 mins in the other direction just to drop keys by 10am. May be something to consider in future! Otherwise, everything else was excellent, no complaints whatsoever, will likely return again sometime!
