A brand new modern building within walking distance of Marsa beach. Tastefully furnished and great to have both air conditioning and central heating.

The hosts are very friendly and responsive. The location is really good. I absolutely love the residence and the apartment is just like the photos, super cosy, clean and furniture is really nice.

The place was as described. It looked perfect and extra clean. My only two concerns and why I didn't give it the 5 stars that it might have deserved is the loud noises in the morning from some construction, and the lack of professionalism during check-in, it said 3pm and they kept arguing with me that it's supposed to be 4pm, ended up waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes downstairs for them to let me in just because they didn't clean the place and they said I came early (which I didn't, I came on the check-in time). I was so close to walk away and book a hotel as I was extra tired from my flight. And also the way they dealt with it, the customer is always right especially when they clearly messed up the check-in time but their problem was arguing with me about it, 4 different people spoke to me coming up with excuses while I was waiting in the hot sun in the street.. expect a late check-in..
