Walk to Straub Brewery, grocery stores & Maker's Warehouse for receptions! Cross a pedestrian bridge to Depot St. for restaurants, quaint cafes, shopping, library, theater & ice cream! A short drive for elk viewing or wine tasting! 1 mile to Memorial Park! (Each floor may be rented separately listed on Airbnb as Crescentia-A or Crescentia-B).

Place was very nice. Perfect for our days in St Mary’s.
We had a wonderful time staying here! We loved that we could walk to the Straub tap room and that it was close to downtown. We loved the old house charm. Would definitely stay again!

The house was very comfortable and a good size for our family. It was accurately described in the Airbnb listing. The owner was friendly and answered our questions. The house made our family’s trip back to St Mary’s memorable!
Hard to beat the value of staying in this home vs a hotel. Very nice old Victorian home. Comfortable beds, good wifi and access to downtown. St. Mary’s is a great little place. We were in on business but it would make a fantastic weekend getaway.

Quiet and Peaceful Neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery store, downtown St. Marys, Straub Brewery, Apollo Theater, many restaurants and cafes. (Chinese, Mexican, Italian, German) A few houses from Maker's Warehouse (reception hall). Can also walk across a Pedestrian Bridge to Depot Street to a park with work-out equipment!
The driveway can accommodate 4 cars. 2 cars park on the side past the back porch and the other 2 cars can park in front of the 2-stall garage. If only 2 cars, please park on the side to keep the circular driveway open to both houses as it is shared with the neighbor and you can exit out that end if you like.

Originally from St. Marys, PA, I have lived in Charleston, SC, for over 30 years. I love hiking, yoga, crafting, flea markets and The Pittsburgh Steelers. After selling my medical transcription company of over 18 years, I invested in rental properties decorating them specifically with Airbnb guests in mind. I welcome your stay and will provide you with any information you request about Charleston or St. Marys. If you need me to have certain food/drink items, etc., stocked when you get there, just let me know! I can be your personal assistant prior to your arrival!
