The location was great. It had what we needed for a quick weekend trip.

The apartment was easy to find and check in was easy. Unfortunately, it is in need of regular maintenance. The light in the half bath only worked 25% of the time, which made the bathroom unusable, as there is no window for light. The couch is ripped and the closet door in one guest room was broken and leaning up against the wall in the closet. In addition, the floors were dirty on the first floor and there was a smell that we couldn't locate (either mildew or the garbage disposal). On top of that, Winnie sent a message before check in that we would be provided with certain amenities, such as laundry detergent, toiletries, etc. However, none of those were available on our arrival. In addition to lacking appropriately sized trash bags, our only option for doing dishes was a used and dirty sponge. Winnie did eventually bring by some of the promised toiletries and detergent, but it took over 24 hours after our arrival for her to do so.

If you’re in the area, stay here ! It’s located in a central spot, close to downtown but quiet in the evenings ! Winnie was a great host and communicated all the information needed. Everything was spotless and so cozy ! Highly recommend staying here!

Very cozy and well decorated, great location!! We had an amazing time and the TV in each room was a nice touch!

Location superb! Felt safe walking about. Traffic was easily traveled. However the home itself in need of several minor repairs.
