The apartment was cute, clean and located in a great area. Miguel was friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Miguel's home! The space was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The home was very clean, the kitchen was spotless and there is a washer/dryer combo in the unit. There was a very nice pool in the community and beach access as well. There is also a nice deck with a hanging rack for after you enjoy the beach/pool. We really enjoyed the amenities while we were there. There is lots do in that area, and plenty of restaurant options, but you feel so tucked away. We really enjoyed our time in Puerto Rico and would stay at this location again!

There is a lovely partial ocean view. A great beach access and wonderful setting. Peaceful and safe.

Pros: spacious, provided beach chairs and towels, walking path to beach with outdoor shower when re-entering the premises, comfortable beds, comfortable sofa, very responsive host, convenient parking, gated community with pool, 20 minute walk on beach to Jobos beach and some good restaurants, good bakery and restaurants within driving distance, host reimbursed me for purchasing items we felt we needed Cons: closest grocery is Econo which had somewhat limited produce, issues with the hot water in the shower (hard to control the temperature-either too hot or too cold; needed to run the sink at the same time to get hot water in the shower), no window screens so could not enjoy the breeze without worrying about mosquitoes, condo association insists on front door lights on at night and the door is frosted and transparent so light always in the living room
