It was not a nice experience, it was problems from the start. You need to get the keys from a box in a laundry 5-10 minutes away. The first time I was there, there were no keys for me since the cleaning team were late. The second time the key box was broken but then some people gave me the keys. In the flat it shows that there are no oven or micro. It's not a complete kitchen regarding me. The kitchen was also dirty so I had to start clean it before I could prepare dinner. The big carpet was also not cleaned well and some of the towels were dirty. After some days it also shows that it's a stop in the shower, the washer machine doesn't work good and the refrigerator makes ice of the food. After a week I was fed up and called Airbnb and they broke the contract and I moved. GOD THINGS: Karim was a very good "host" (not owner). He replied very quickly and was very clear and helpful all the time. The bed was comfortable. It was calm and no disturbing noise.

We had a great stay here! Karim was very hospitable and responsive, and resolved all issues quickly and kindly. He even gave us a free late check-out. The apartment is comfortable, smart, and well furnished, with plenty of space and storage. It is also in a perfect location near park Monceau. However, we faced some troubles: there was no lighting when we arrived, we had to buy and install lamps ourselves because after 16:00 it's dark and a few days we had to use phone torch to eat and do stuff, it was really uncomfortable. The host refunded the price of the electronics (but obviously not the time spent searching/buying/assembling, and time in the dark, not the stuff I want to do on my vacation and I think the host himself has to care and fix it, buy missing furniture, not ask tenants to do that). We had pipes leaking in the middle of the night and had to fix it right away and some electronics not working. We recommend staying here and hope you have less hassle than we did.

Cozy and comfortable apartment in a great location. Very close to metro station. Wonderful view. Good mattress for sleeping. You can find all basic items in the apartment.

The place is in a great safe area. Parc Monceau 2 min walking, 20 minutes to Champs-Élysées. Rented it in August & it was quiet because most people are on vacation. The Resturant down the street was closed.opened beginning of September, added more life and sound to the area wasn’t an issue if you close the door of the terrace. The small modern studio has everything. Nice bathroom. A big closet, Iron, fan, fridge, stove, washer were provided. The host was unresponsive.almost felt like there was no host at all.(self checkin) 15 minutes walk to pick up and drop off the keys. There are 2 gates, the first needs a code that I was not provided with. A neighbor opened it for me bcuz the host didn’t respond. Few issues I have faced and the host never resolved any. Promised to send someone to help, that never happened. My online order packages delivered were with the door man for almost more than a week because I couldn’t reach him(vacation hours) The shower leaked no one was sent to fix it.
