This beautiful house is located right beside a playground and has 2 little climbing walls, slides and swings for the children. Across from there is a little lake that you can walk around. There are 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. -Let me walk you through this 2 storey house. -On the main level as you walk in the front door there is a sun filled living room with lovely seating and a gas fireplace for chilly evenings. The kitchen has all the stainless steel appliances and every cooking gadget you can think of. We have a 10 people place setting. The dining table is made of acacia wood and you can seat 8 around it comfortably. There is also a 2 piece washroom and a back door that leads to the sundeck and back yard.
