This has been my first Airbnb experience! After finding this listing, reading the reviews and having an initial exchange with Dawn I felt comfortable that I was making the right choice. I was not disappointed. I along with 2 accompanying guests immediately felt right at home. The place was neat, clean and our showers felt like rain showers. The location was superb-Conveniently located close to shops, a renowned church, yet it felt tucked away, peaceful, quiet except for the parrots parroting but who can be against the sound of a natural settings. Dawn herself was very warm and pleasant. We hope to return!

My first trip to Siparia was made even more special thanks to Dawn's incredible Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the spotless and organized space that instantly felt like home. The free gated parking was a bonus, giving me peace of mind. The area was a walker's paradise, with plenty of amenities like banks, shops, coffee spots, and fresh fruit stands. But what truly made my stay stand out was Dawn's warm hospitality. Don't miss out on this hidden gem! I highly recommend Dawn's place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a fantastic host.

Mrs. Dawn and her husband was absolutely the best hosts ever! She answered us at almost midnight to approve our request to stay in her flat after experiencing horrible conditions at another place on the day of our arrival. She was extremely friendly and her flat was very accommodating, comfortable, and close to shopping and transportation. We look forward to allowing Mrs. Dawn to host us again!
