Room#1 is one of three rooms available for AirB&B guests, in a wing of a residential home. New house & safe neighborhood. Full size bed. Small private bathroom 🅿️ Street parking 🅿️ TV 32’ Blockout curtains. No living room/ dining room. Central AC manage by owner. At the hall, there is a refrigerator & microwave, plates, pots, and cups available for you and other Airbnb Guests. Surveillance system surrounding the house & hallway entrance. The room is excellent for one person… but Ok we’re accepting couples.
