The location is great, walking distance to a lovely group of shops and One Mile beach. The cottage is fine, nothing fancy but has the basics. A microwave would be a good addition. Also, there are no fly screens or aircon, so you have to choose between being uncomfortably warm or cool with mosquitos. Curtain rod is screwed into gyprock and not the frame of the wall, which broke while we were staying there. Maria's dogs are lovely, however know how to open the sliding door to the cottage as there isn't a latch, and the rear courtyard is shared with the main property. The couch has seen better days and we couldn't sit on it for longer than 10 minutes. The bathroom window looks straight onto the main property veranda, so if you like an open window for airflow, people can see into the bathroom. While we wouldn't stay there again, it was sufficient for a shorter stay.

Cute renovated granny flat with separated bedroom and modern bathroom. Perfect for two people. Only nit-pick was that it got stuffy on hot days but was more manageable with the fan.

Close to shops, beaches and golf club. Beautiful space and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
